It’s **launch weekend** for *Assassin’s Creed Shadows*, and all eyes are on Ubisoft’s latest entry in the franchise. After an **explosive start**, Ubisoft confirmed that the game **surpassed 1 million players on launch day**—but the momentum hasn’t slowed down.

Now, Ubisoft has provided another update: **Assassin’s Creed Shadows has outpaced the launches of both *Assassin’s Creed Origins* and *Assassin’s Creed Odyssey*** in terms of **player count**.

## **A Promising Start for Ubisoft**

Both *Origins* and *Odyssey* were massive successes:
