Lotus: Lost Memories is a heartfelt, 2D-pixel art visual novel that weaves together turn-based combat and a deeply personal narrative. Players step into the sandals of Atsushi, a young samurai grappling with loss and betrayal in a mythically inspired feudal Japan. His quest? To save his ailing father by winning the coveted Raiketsu herb—only obtainable by surviving Lord Hisashi’s deadly samurai tournaments. Along the way, Atsushi’s journey begins with an escort mission that slowly unravels hidden alliances and powerful secrets, challenging everything he believes.
What sets Lotus: Lost Memories apart is its unique blend of visual novel storytelling and strategic, turn-based battles. Combat is deliberately paced, requiring players to master timing and precision through real-time Quick Time Events—think parrying, blocking, and even throwing kunai at just the right moment.
