In **NHL 25**, seasons are in-game campaigns tied to real-world hockey events, offering timed challenges and rewards. Players can progress through **HUT** (Hockey Ultimate Team) and **World of CHEL** modes, unlocking new players and content that celebrate the **NHL** and its stars. --- ### **Season 1 - Built Different** Kicking off the fun is **Season 1**, titled **Built Different**. Hockey fans know that the sport and its players are truly unique, and this theme aims to capture that spirit. As the NHL regular season begins, so does your chance to build your team and establish your legacy on the ice. --- ### **HUT Progression Path** In **HUT**, Season 1 introduces a progression path where players can collect enough XP to unlock **six new players** throughout the season.
