Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase Reveals Exciting Lineup for 2024 on Nintendo Switch

The recent Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase unveiled various games coming to the Nintendo Switch throughout 2024. From poignant storytelling to challenging puzzles and thrilling action, the showcased games promise something for every gamer.

Some of the highlights from the announcements include:

Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed: A remastered version of the action-adventure game that takes players through Wasteland, inspired by Disney classic stories. With updated graphics and new abilities for Mickey Mouse, this enhanced remake is set to launch on Nintendo Switch this year.

World of Goo 2: The sequel to World of Goo offers even more gooey fun, with new types of Goo Balls and over 64 levels of physics-based puzzles to solve. Exclusive to Nintendo Switch, World of Goo 2 arrives on May 23.

Grounded: Survive, build, and explore as you shrink to the size of an ant in this immersive co-op survival-adventure game. Set in a backyard where insects are your most significant threats, Grounded launches on Nintendo Switch on April 16.

Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble: The latest installment in the Super Monkey Ball series, featuring character customization, over 200 stages, and online multiplayer for up to 16 players, will launch exclusively on Nintendo Switch on June 25.

Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist is a dark fantasy sidescroller where players assume the role of Lilac, a human character who encounters and befriends various homunculi. Upon defeating these creatures, they become allies, providing new abilities and tools to explore the game's desolate world. The game is set to release on the Nintendo Switch in 2024.

Arranger: A Role-Playing Puzzling Adventure is a genre-blending game that combines role-playing elements with puzzles, offering a unique gaming experience. "Unicorn Overlord," the upcoming tactics RPG developed by Vanillaware, is launching a demo today on the eShop. Additionally, the original "Monster Hunter Stories" game, which was initially released on the 3DS, is making its way to the Switch with full voice acting, enhancing the immersive experience for players.

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, the definitive edition of the 2021 RPG, is set to release on the Nintendo Switch on June 21.

The classic Star Wars: Battlefront games are going to the Nintendo Switch as the Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection. This compilation will support up to 64-player multiplayer and introduce new characters and maps to the multiplayer suite. Fans can look forward to its launch on March 14.

South Park: Snow Day, the upcoming co-op action game based on the popular adult animated series, is set to release on the Nintendo Switch on March 26. Gundam Breaker 4 is an action game centred around building and customizing your Gundam mechs and then battling them against various enemies and challenges. The game is set to release on the Nintendo Switch later this year.

Fantasy Life I: The Girl Who Steals Time is the newest RPG/life simulation series installment. In this game, players will embark on a journey to rebuild an island while also engaging in time travel to uncover the island's past. The game is scheduled to launch on October 10.

Another Crab's Treasure, the Soulslike game featuring crabs as protagonists, is slated to arrive on the Nintendo Switch on April 25th.

Penny's Big Breakaway, a 3D platformer developed by the team behind Sonic Mania, has been released and is now available.

Suika Game, the fruit-dropping puzzle game, receives multiplayer as paid DLC, including three modes: original, time limit, and attack. It only supports local multiplayer, but online play will be added.

Rare Classics for Nintendo Switch Online: Five classic games from Rare, including KILLER INSTINCT, BATTLETOADS IN BATTLEMANIACS, SNAKE RATTLE N ROLL, R.C. PRO-AM, and Blast Corps, are now available to play for Nintendo Switch Online and Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members.
