Pixel Power Play 2025: Canadian Game Developers Take Center Stage

On June 14, 2025, Red Bull Media Center in Toronto became the epicenter of indie and AAA gaming innovation as Pixel Power Play took over the city—and Twitch streams worldwide. The event ran from 12 to 8 PM, featuring a mix of live developer interviews and a fast-paced showcase block that put Canada's game development scene front and center.

Hosted by Toronto Community Meetup Powered By Twitch and A Gaming Network, the event's format gave fans and industry professionals a behind-the-scenes look during the Twitch Live stream's developer sit-downs, where select studios demoed their games live and discussed their creative journeys. The 4–6 PM showcase also offered a rapid-fire tour of every game on display.
