Spiral Up Games Partners with Goose Byte to Publish Sci-fi Survival Adventure THE SIGNAL: Stranded on Sirenis
Spiral Up Games has announced a new partnership with Canadian indie studio Goose Byte to publish the upcoming survival crafting adventure, THE SIGNAL: Stranded on Sirenis. The game, previously known simply as The Signal, marks Goose Byte’s debut title and will launch in Steam Early Access. Starting today, players can sign up for a public pre-alpha playtest on Steam, offering a first look at the game’s mysterious alien world.
Set on a sentient planet, THE SIGNAL: Stranded on Sirenis drops players into a desperate search for a missing loved one after a crash landing. Survival is key—players will need to scavenge, craft, and adapt to the world’s many dangers while uncovering the secrets behind the planet’s strange pull.
The new pre-alpha playtest gives gamers about an hour of hands-on gameplay, showcasing a fresh art style and overhauled UI. For the first time, players can try out the building system, experiment with vehicle customization, explore the research tree, and test out new combat options. The playtest also offers a glimpse at the game’s expansive map and the challenges that await.
