Set 10 of Teamfight Tactics Hits All the Right Notes with Its Massive Musical Update

Brace yourselves! Riot Games has just dropped the ultimate update for the auto-chess sensation, Teamfight Tactics. Set 10 isn't just another run-of-the-mill update; it's a grand milestone achievement. Teamfight Tactics: Remix Rumble delivers a mind-blowing musical adventure that perfectly matches this epic moment. Get ready to dive headfirst into the extraordinary world of Remix Rumble, where you have the power to remix, reshape, and redefine the entire gaming soundscape in a genre-defying extravaganza.

In Remix Rumble, you're not just climbing the ladder; you're assembling your champion supergroup, note by note. Origins have been reimagined through the lens of musical genres, spanning from 8-bit chiptunes to Country, Disco, Pop, Punk, Emo, EDM, and beyond. Icons like K/DA, Heartsteel, True Damage, and Pentakill also join the symphony, infusing new musical elements inspired by Riot's legendary virtual bands into the game. Classes have taken on new identities, introducing the Crowd Diver and Superfan, aligning perfectly with the thematic groove.

Suppose you are like me and love collecting chibi tacticians. In that case, this 'Sett' will have you covered (pun intended) with Chibi Sett and the special 2% version of HeartSteel Chibi Sett, who makes the perfect getaway with Pengu after punching your opponent out of the lobby.

Alison Ho, TFT Audio Lead, says, "It was a blast to try to re-imagine the real world genres in ways that would fit into the TFT world that Choncc or Pengu would listen to. Like Emo leaning into literal Gothic styles and synth-wave or Country with its spooky High Noon spaghetti western. Mixing any of the songs with Disco was particularly fun to test with how funky that track turned out to be. I’m excited to see what kinds of mixes our players come up with!"

In Remix Rumble, you can mix and match Champions with different Origins, each adding unique musical layers to the symphony. Or, you can stick to a single genre to harness those powerful synergies. For example: Jinx, Twitch, Pantheon, and Vi forming a punk band sensation. Players will be encouraged to explore new trio combinations and discover solo artists that redefine your strategy.

But there's more to it! Origin buffs are genre-specific, adding depth and flavor into your TFT matches. Country compositions strike a deal with the devil, summoning the mighty Hecarim to aid the team and buffing your allies when things get tough. Get ready to dance when you go Disco – dropping a disco ball that heals and boosts nearby allies in a dazzling spectacle. Each genre brings its unique mechanic, infusing the gameplay with its signature style.

Remix Rumble isn't just about music; it's about the battleground, too. Embark on epic battles in new arenas, including a stunning K/DA arena where interactive light shows dance harmoniously with the soundtrack. Don't worry; while Remix Rumble amps up the musical elements, it's still the core Teamfight Tactics you know and love, just with an electrifying soundtrack.

Mark your calendars because Teamfight Tactics: Remix Rumble is dropping on PC and mobile on November 21, 2023, and it's got full cross-play and cross-progression. Best part if you're a new player? It's absolutely free to jump right in. Mobile users, Riot has got you covered with a fresh UX experience, mirroring the PC magic and officially launching tablet support.

And for our friends in the Asia-Pacific, get ready to rock, as TFT Mobile launches on November 22 local time! Pre-registrations are still open on the App Store and Google Play Store, so snag exclusive rewards by pre-registering in time for the big day. Let the music-driven mayhem begin!
