The Game Awards 2023: Game Nomination Lists Unveiled!

The nominations for the 2023 Game Awards have just been unveiled! With 112 diverse nominees across this year’s Game Awards, the event promises to be a celebration of gaming excellence.

The 10th annual Game Awards on December 7, 2023, is streaming live from the Peacock Theater in L.A. Watch it on over 30 platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, TikTok Live, and Twitter (X).

A global jury comprising individuals from over 100 media outlets has carefully selected the nominees. Nintendo leads the 2023 Game Awards with 15 nominations, followed by Sony Interactive Entertainment/PlayStation (13), Xbox (10), and Epic Games (9). Standout sequels, including Alan Wake 2 and Baldur’s Gate 3, contend for the Game of the Year title, competing with legendary franchises such as Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Until December 6 at 6 p.m. P.T., gaming enthusiasts can vote for their favorite games at thegameawards.com and join live watch parties on the Game Awards’ Discord server. Executive-produced by Geoff Keighley and Kimmie Kim, with LeRoy Bennett as creative director and Richard Preuss as director, the Game Awards are set for an unforgettable night in the gaming world.
